Miilux wear resistant products offer excellent design solutions for wear parts of crushers, excavators, mining machinery, dump bodies, bulldozer blades , chute feeders and similar wear parts. Longer service life is achieved compared to traditional materials by using Miilux 400,450 and 500 series friction and wear resistant products. It permits the use of thinner material, reducing the body weight and increasing the load capacity. Miilux wear resistant steel shows positive cutting and welding behavior in production.

Surface

Unless otherwise specified, shop primer is applied to Miilux products, which has been specially developed to provide very high welding and cutting speed after sandblasting, Shop primer protects the structure against atmospheric corrosion during storage . It is applied at a thickness of 15-25 microns (these values ​​are indicated for a smooth test panel).  Marking shows cast number , plate/coil number , grade and dimensions.
